Startup Idea: Unified Product Management System for E-commerce

Startup idea to develop a unified platform that interconnects and synchronizes data across different interfaces in an e-commerce setting, specifically for product availability. Whenever a change is made within one system, it automatically updates the others. This solves the challenge of dealing with different servers for the same product and streamlines the operation process.

I am a Product Specialist at a world wide e-commerce company where people can design/purchase several different things. One of the biggest pains in my role is that we work with several different interfaces and systems just to make something work. For example, to make a product available we change it in our server, then we have to go into our older server and turn it on there as well. If something has to be removed from the site we have to do the same process. And these changes go every 6 hours. The best solution to control availability of a product would be to have everything connected to the same platform. Therefore if you change the availability in one system, it should automatically update the older system. In general it would be helpful just to run everything off of one system. Also since the catalog of items we sell is over 100,000 this process could happen several times a day if we have to turn off/on a SKU. I tried looking into how to create a script that would generate both of these systems.
