Startup Idea: Automated Office Relations Manager Software

Summary for idea #28
Startup idea to develop an automated software for managing staff milestones and events in the hospitality industry. This software would link with Google Calendar or similar platforms to send automated emails acknowledging birthdays, anniversaries, or other milestones. It should also provide templates for condolences or new hire welcomes, which are customizable based on the user's personal touch or cultural sensitivity considerations.

I work in the hospitality industry formerly in accounts but now I work as an office manager. A big pain point in my daily work is having to remember specific dates of the lives of the staff.

Just the other day I forgot a birthday of a staff member and got "in trouble" with my boss. I also made a typo when I was giving information about another co-workers anniversary and it was looked down upon.

My job is very particular about the "culture" they try to treat it like a family environment so they like to acknowledge birthdays/anniversaries. I would pay for the software, that I will explain below.

There should be a software where you can link to your Google calendar or by some other form of input where you can send an automatic email acknowledging a specific milestone - birthday/anniversary.

It should also have a template for when there is a death where you can send an email or something that you can write in a card.

They should also have an email that you can send to a new coworker that joins that you would just fill in certain information welcoming them to the company.

I think we waste a lot of time searching for things like that online when if you have a software that could have a database with things to write or say for certain office situations while also keeping it very general unless religion is known.

So there would be one part of the software that automatically sends out birthday/anniversary emails then another part that would also have formats of emails based on various topics such as new hires/deaths etc.

But the software would also have multiple ways to say these things so that it would look like you aren't sending the same generic email over and over. Office relations are hard to keep track of especially when you have a large staff.
