IT What is a big pain point in your daily work that is not yet solved by software?​ our ticketing system is antiquated and coult be improved signficantly Would you pay for software to solve this? yes If yes, please describe how the software could solve your problem It would be a dedicated program instead of our current spread sheet that would sort tickets by urgency and allow status changes to be configured via drop down menu and save the tickets asa database file to pull when needed.
