Startup idea to develop a software tool that aggregates and organizes legal code, ordinance, zoning, and master plan data from municipal, county, state, and federal systems. This software would aid in quickly cross-checking the feasibility of a proposed development project in a specific locale.

When working under the jurisdiction of a city, county, or state, a planned project or potential development is subject to legal code, pursuant to that specific municipality, county, or state - usually all of the above. In some occasions, federal guidelines must also be considered.

Because any project/development must abide by and within multiple systems of code (building/zoning/master plan), it becomes very labor intensive to review all applicable ordinances.
