Startup Idea: Centralized Booking Interface for Efficient Meeting Coordination
I am an account executive in advertising, that works across multiple teams and clients. Our company employs over 300 people that are spread across the United States and other international countries. We currently utilize gmail and Google calendars to set-up meetings and coordinate across offices and time zones.
Unfortunately, this is very disorganized, and we spend time ineffectively coordinating schedules and meetings. I have no way of finding meeting rooms and conference dial-ins that are not in use, until I try to make a calendar event.
The ideal solution would be a single, visual interface to filter and manage across offices to efficiently find and book meetings with multiple offices and rooms. This interface should also be universal so that all individuals in the company is able to see if a room is booked or not.
