Startup Idea: Recruiting Advisor App for Startups

Startup idea to develop an app that provides startups with recruiting advice for compliance with laws and awareness of best practices. The app should optionally offer the hiring of recruiting advisors, flexible pricing options for different budgets, and reviews for advisors. The goal is to facilitate access to affordable recruiting assistance without necessitating long-term contracts.

I am a PR agency CEO for a start-up that is positioning to start recruiting and hiring. We have built a team in the past, but decided to let them go and re-tool the organization before hiring again. We could use an affordable recruiting advisor, or even an app that provides this type of advice, so that we are compliant with laws and are aware of best practices to help us focus on the most appropriate recruiting and hiring goals. The app should go beyond just being a knowledge base, and provide the option of hiring a recruiting advisor. It should have a la cart options as well as package options that fit the budget of a start-up with shorter capital resources. It should also provide reviews or testimonials about the recruiting advisors who are available to be hired via the app. I have never tried a solution like this before. I have been contacted by recruiting professionals via inMail on LinkedIn. They sometimes make themselves available for free advice, but I didn't have a way to pay them for advice without having to hire them on a larger contracted basis.
