I currently work in a lab office of 5-7 people depending on the day. We all have set tasks and assignments, but usually also help out each other depending on the project, or if someone is sick that day. To keep track of what someone has worked on, we use emails but it is not the most efficient. It is terrible to go back and look through threads to see who did what, when, and why.

Maybe something that could help track and organize the who/what/when/why of a project (and make it pretty to look at) would help us replace our terrible way of doing it now!. We used a whiteboard in the office but it wasn't big/detailed enough.
