Startup Idea: RV Park Reservation System Improvement

Startup idea to develop a more effective online reservation software for RV parks that can accurately filter site options based on RV length. This solution is aimed at preventing the issue of customers being assigned to inappropriate sites that can't accommodate the size of their RV, thereby improving customer satisfaction and reducing operational hassle.

I work at a call center that makes reservations for rv's at our parks. Some of or parks are first come first serve. We also have parks that are site specifics meaning that when the reservation is made it puts the member on a specific site that fits the length of the rv.Lately the software that we have when booking online is not filtering the rig and the sites and is putting members on sites that are not big enough. It causes an inconvenience, we have to go and move them and find a site but is some of the cases we can't accommodate the member and that is not good since most of the time they are traveling and not able to get a hold of them explaining that they do not have a site when they come in. We have submitted several tickets to it department and they have not been able to solve the problem.
