Startup Idea: Software for Seamless Piano Care and Management

Startup idea to develop a software for Piano Tuners and Technicians to manage care tasks, sync with customers, streamline the instrument management process, and prioritize service. This tool can also facilitate awareness for music conductors about the condition of performers' instruments.

I do part time work as a Piano Tuner and Technician. My work centers around the care of instruments. Currently there is no software that I am aware of that would aide in the management of a Piano. It would also be nice to have access to a service that could then sync with customers and streamline the instrument management process. I could see this type of software also being useful for musical groups from multiple locations. A user would have software to aide in the care of their instrument, the conductor would have a good idea of the condition of all of his performers, and the technician could easily schedule high priority clients for service. Currently, I do this by using an Excel spreadsheet, some paper notes, and my own phone contacts lists.
