Startup Idea: Trash Management Reminder and Information App

Startup idea to develop an app that not only reminds users to take out trash on scheduled pickup days, but also notifies in case of pickup cancellation. In addition, the app should provide information on what items can be recycled and list items not approved for recycle.

I need an app to help me remember to take out the trash. And then, whenever the trash will not be picked up, I need to know that. Also, what items I can recycle in the recycle bin. And the items not approved for recycle. Trash Pick Up Help. No. I only set a reminder. But I don't get feedback and I have to call the municipalities.
