Startup Idea: Order Management System for MLM

Startup idea to develop a software solution such as an app or a website for efficiently managing and tracking customer information and past orders in a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) company. The system will compile individual orders, and categorize by customer for easy reference, thus displacing the need for manual tracking.

I work for an MLM. There is currently no way through my company to track customer information and past orders, without searching through each individual order. The ideal solution to this problem would be a single place (such as an app or a website) where I could link all of the orders that come into my back office and the app or website would sort through all of those orders and compile the information by customer so I have every product they have ever ordered linked directly to their name, so that if they need to reorder a certain color of a product, etc. I am able to easily reference that instead of sorting through 100's of orders to find it. Of course, I could track all of this by hand, but an automated system would greatly improve my efficiency and be a huge time saver. No I have not.
