Startup Idea: Client Database Creation Tool for Legal Firms

Startup idea to develop a software that can extract and organize client information (addresses, phone numbers, names, etc.) from a hard drive for legal firms, thus creating a systematic client database.

I work in the legal industry. I have only been employed by my current office for 1.5 year. When I got here I immediately noticed how unorganized the computer system was. My boss has no client database. I would love a software that pulled all the addresses of clients off of the hard drive and organized the information. (address, phone number, name, etc.). Yes. I tried to look into address extraction, and nothing that fit my needs was found.
