Startup Idea: Software for Home Inspectors to Manage Relationships with Agents

Startup idea to develop a software or an app that assists home inspectors in managing and maintaining relationships with agents. The software should include features like tracking all agents, time-release messaging, and reminders for important dates like birthdays.

A software program that could help track agents I work with and help me keep in touch with them would be nice. I am a home inspector and I met probably 100 agents a month. Keeping track of them and trying to keep in touch with them to build relationships is almost a full time job in itself.

If there was a program or app out there that would manage all of them and also did some time release messaging to to them and reminded of important dates like birthdays I would definitely pay for it. No I have not.
