Startup Idea: Digital Log System for Volunteer Transition

Startup idea to develop a digital system for NGOs to ensure smoother transitions between old and new volunteers. This system would log progress, steps, and resources used by previous volunteers, allowing incoming volunteers to continue where previous ones left off, leading to better overall coordination and efficiency.

I currently work at a NGO that goes through a lot of volunteers every few months. Each volunteer is in charge of a particular section and has to plan for the events. However since the turnover rate is extremely fast, there is no flow or coordination between the old volunteer to the new. Often new volunteers are given no guidance or any help from previous events so they have to start over.

It would be great if there was a digital system that could log all the progress and steps from previous volunteers, so that new volunteers could just search for the companies/coordinators/research/etc. that was used to plan for prior events.
