Startup idea to develop a software solution targeted at electronics stores. This software would feature a comprehensive compilation of FAQs related to PCs and upgrades, thereby saving store owners significant time spent on customer engagement.

I own an electronics store, small business. I think there are a lot of different things that could be solved with software and one of them could be the fact that customers have many questions after purchases or before. Software that has a big compilation of FAQS in regards to PCs and upgrades would be very beneficial to what I do. It takes a lot out of my day to answer questions, do research, or diagnose and often it doesn't lead to business so it's not in my best interest to take that time. The software would save me a lot of time. no I haven't.
