Startup Idea: Software for Computing Image Permutations and DNA Permutational Advantages

Startup idea to develop a software that could compute complex permutations from graphic images and evaluate the permutational advantages of DNA over binary coding systems, determining how much more data DNA can store compared to an equivalent binary system.

It would be neat if there were easy software to compute complicated permutations from graphic images. Ideally, I would like to know the permutational advantages of DNA over binary coding systems. E.g., how much more information can DNA store than an equivalent binary system?. I tried querying math geniuses but often they are too busy.
