Startup Idea: Library Management App for Juvenile Detention Facility

Startup idea to develop a simple application that can be used on mobile devices to manage the library in a juvenile detention facility. The app should include a database of all books, track who checks them out and when, duration of checkout and alignment with the juvenile's exit date from the facility. This app would improve organization and prevent lost or misplaced books.

I work in a juvenile detention facility in a rural area.

We do a pretty good job of keeping track of all of the juveniles who are incarcerated within our facility, however we have a hard time keeping track of the library in our facility. We frequently missed place, lose, or have books taken because of our lack of organization.

What we need is a simple app that can be used on an iPad or even a phone, that has a database of all of our books, where when and who checks them out, how long I've been out, and it needs to align with when these juveniles are exited from the facility. A lot of times they will exit with books in their cell, and we don't know they still have a book.

Basically, what we need is a simple app that can keep track of which juveniles are within the facility, all of our books, and who has what book when.
