Startup Idea: Customer Relationship Management Tool for Auto-detailing Business
I work as a secretary for my husband. I do a large range of tasks for the business. I cover finances, acquiring new clients, etc.
The hardest thing for me is keeping track of those whom I have attempted to gain as a client (CRM). My husbands business is detailing vehicles.
He puts pin stripes on the sides of vehicles. He takes care of the vast majority of southeastern Georgia. I really am not very good at keeping track of clientele.
My husband is always harking me about my organization methods. He says I am not very organized. I would like to get help with keeping track of things and ways of organizing my work.
I use Microsoft office products, but its tricky to get everything to work out for me. I wish there were a simple tool for keeping track of everything. I also am in charge of buying his pin stripes at the best price.
I need a way to keep track of this as well. Its hard doing all of the paperwork involved with the business. I have the vast majority of our business in printed off.
So keeping it organized is a pain. Please tell me there is a better way to do my business. I would appreciate it. Also one other thing I find hard is getting my husbands business out there.
I use word of mouth. Usually word of mouth is enough, but it take more than just that to keep the business growing. So please help me out. Thanks!
