Startup Idea: Unified Software Solution for Assisted Facility Management

Startup idea to develop an all-in-one software platform for assisted living facilities, integrating functionalities for maintenance requests, resident profiles, network client, logging daily events and scheduling reminders. Aiming towards a more efficient, paperless system.

I am a receptionist at an assisted facility, and currently, we have a variety of different softwares to track our business - maintenance requests, individual profiles of the residents, as well as a network client. It would be helpful to have all of this in one place, and to go completely paperless. The reception desk also has a log book for tracking daily events and some scheduling reminders, so for that to be added on to this hypothetical software would be incredibly helpful.
