Startup Idea: Medical Records Retrieval System

Startup idea to develop a user-friendly software for the return of information industry, specifically to streamline the process of obtaining and tracking medical records request statuses.

I work in the return of information industry, so I deal with getting medical records from various facilities on a daily basis. It would be great if there was a software that was developed for companies like mine that made obtaining records and getting status on records requests easier. Right now we use a very antiquated system to track the requests and if there was a more user friendly software developed it would make our jobs so much easier. No.
