I work in a call sales centre. It would be useful to me if there was a software that tracked phone calls and potentially recorded them. Previous software did this in an inefficient way, you would have to click on a phone number, which then made a call centre rep's phone ring, and then called the customer. I would like to see a software that is integrated both into the phone and the computer system, and started making the outbound phone call immediately after clicking it, instead of ringing first to the call centre, then out. It would also be useful if the conversation could be transcribed in text and added to the file, as opposed to just an audio recording.
