Startup Idea: Home Renovation Investment Estimation App Idea

Startup idea to develop an app catering to property investors like home renovators. The software will provide details on closing costs for loans, monthly EMIs, an estimated cost of renovation (selectable from a range of interior and exterior options), and in-depth financial reports to aid decision-making based on estimated profit, loss, and key financial indicators like Return on Equity.

I am buying homes from Auction, improve them and then sell. I use property Shark to obtain data. While Property Shark is giving lots of information on the price of the house, comparative sales in the areas etc. However, as an investor I would like to have a App that will give you approximate cost for:

1. Closing cost for the loan
2. Monthly EMI
3. Estimated cost of renovation (it should give a menu of options such as external siding, roof etc. and internal work such as floor, drywall, kitchen, bath etc.)
4. Give a detail description for decision making depending on Estimated Profit and loss account and some Key financial indicators such as Return on Equity etc.
