I work for a cable company as a data tech. A major concern for customers and techs is that not every call a customer makes to the company is documented in their file as to reason for the call and resolution. This leads to uncertainty on the tech part as to the frequency of the problem and what has already been attempted and customer frustration and feeling ignored and undervalued. There should be a system in place where every call is automatically in the customer file. n/a.
