I am a Rehabilitation Counselor working with over 100 clients a month and a major part of our job is to contact clients we have not seen in awhile. Currently we use Excel spreadsheet for their contact information, however, I feel like it is not enough as I have made calls and found contact information was never updated. I also wish there was a feature that allowed past and current employees the option to make notes about past contact with them, what was said during the conversations, and whether or not they were able to get in contact with clients. For some reason Excel is not enough for employees to get a better idea on how to reach out to clients, especially when several will answer the phone and get upset that they have been contacted that week already. There is a high employee turnaround, so it is really frustrating to perform this job task when there is no software that I know of that allows us to have client contact information as well as a section where all employees can make note of the date of contact and what the verbal exchanges were.
