Startup Idea: Pin-Protected USB Charge Cable

Startup idea to develop a secure charging solution where a USB cable is designed to ask for a 4-digit pin once a phone is plugged into, effectively stopping unauthorized use. This idea solves the issue of charger theft among family or shared spaces.

Not a huge deal but something I have to hear about daily. My family are constantly stealing each others cell phone charge cables. As an electrician it occured to me that the 5th pin in a usb cable that Samsung uses to accomplish the fast charging. You could use it so that when you plug your phone into the charger it asks for a 4 digit pin or whatever. That way you wouldnt be able to steal someone elses charger cause it wouldnt charge ur phone. I cant believe im the first to think of this but cant find anything about it.
