Startup Idea: Digital Art Tagging and Rating Platform

Startup idea to develop an online platform for digital artists where users can rate and add descriptive meta-tags to artwork, thereby enhancing its searchability.

I do digital art and post online. However, I have great difficulty tagging my art to be easily searchable. It would be great to have an online platform that allows users to rate and tag digital art with descriptive meta-tags that show how they feel about the piece. I have tried manually inputting tags myself.
