Startup Idea: Time Attendance Monitoring Software for Retail Industry

Startup idea to develop a software that sends real-time notifications to managers as soon as an employee clocks in or out. This will address timekeeping alterations and allow instant tracking of employees' attendance. It should ideally present the data in a neat format.

I work in a retail industry and currently have a few people that report to me on a daily basis. A big issue I have is clocking in with our system since it can be altered and edited fast and employees take advantage of this a lot. I would love to have some sort of software to send a message to me as soon as someone clocks in to work and clocks out so I know nothing has been altered and so I know instantly who's in or out by checking my phone. I would definitely pay for this software and I'm certain other supervisors would also. Something like a notification as soon as someone comes in like "Vanessa has clocked in at ---". Also when I open the software it lists everything nice and neatly. I would love this to be a reality.
