I work for a furniture company that has an emphasis on tech/software use. We use an app to process our products and also use Slack to communicate back and forth on specific tasks.
One thing we somewhat lack due to the nature of slack being more like a chat platform are lists of things we can do. I think having specified software for allowing us to do things would make our jobs much easier, giving us direction and being able to check off various tasks throughout the day. This idea just came to me, so I have not tried to involve this in the app. Currently we either do these tasks by word of mouth or writing them down on paper.
