Startup idea to develop a software tailored to help parents with kids having food allergies. The software will facilitate tracking safe food items in grocery stores and eateries. It could function as an invaluable resource gathering info from various social media platforms, streamlining it into user-friendly database and providing quick and accessible information on safe food products and recommended 'allergy safe' restaurants, especially useful when on vacation or trying unfamiliar ingredients. This could potentially be life-saving for those dealing with severe and multiple food allergies.

I have a child with multiple food allergies. He is allergic to Peanuts and most tree nuts. If there were software that could help track safe food items in stores or even at restaurants that would be so helpful!!

On facebook there are lots of allergy groups where people put down there info that they receive from companies about different foods. But when you are trying to find a local pizza joint on vacation that is safe for your child it is kind of hard to go back through all the old posts finding one that someone recommended as "safe". When you want to make a certain food that calls for an ingredient you don't normally use it would be handy to just be able to pull up information on that item quickly.

Food allergies are increasing. Software like this would be amazing! And it could save so many lives!!!!. I haven't tried finding a solution. Just use other moms information they share on facebook groups.
