Startup Idea: Comprehensive App for Ride-Share Drivers

Startup idea to develop a unified app for ride-share drivers to show local restrooms, free parking areas, crime data and police activity. The app aims to reduce the need for multiple separate apps hence saving on data and battery consumption.

I drive for Uber and Lyft part time. It would be nice to know where the best places I could use the rest room in the immediate area or where I can find free parking to wait for a ride. One of the biggest problems is that I need to venture back into a part of town where I know there are rest rooms with easy access and what parking lots I can use.

It would also be helpful if the app told the user if they are entering a high crime area just so you can be extra careful while picking up or dropping off. A police scanner function would also be very useful o track any police activity. There are several applications to resolve most of these issues but they're all separate apps and use too much data and battery life.
