Startup Idea: Volunteer Shift Management Software

Startup idea to develop a software that helps in organizing and managing volunteer availability. The software will automatically search and identify alternate volunteers for shift replacements in case of a cancellation.

Volunteer organization. I would love a software program that organizes all the times a volunteer is available other than the shift they selected. Then if I have a cancellation the software could do a search to see who else would possibly be available for me to quickly contact. No, I just keep a list on a spreadsheet of all the times someone is available and then manually look through it.
