Startup Idea: Desktop Overlay Dynamic Calendar/To-Do List

Startup idea to develop a lightweight, dynamic calendar and to-do list software that overlays in front of a PC's desktop background. This is to help freelance artists keep track of their tasks in a visual and ever-present manner.

I am a freelance artist and have so many irons in the fire at once. A dynamic calendar/to do list that actually was on my PC instead of/overlaid in front of my desktop background pic to keep this info in front of my face at all times would be so helpful.

All the existing calendar software is too heavy. Yes, but no luck. Sticky notes on my desk for now... :-/.
