I own a delivery business with clients. Our shopping website is terrible as far as keeping track of client billing. It's complicated and in 3-5 different locations. There isn't an easy way to track monthly subscriptions and everything has to be changed manually for subscriptions. It is frustrating to not have a way to easily see all this in one place. Gift cards are another issue too as they are not easily found and it's hard to tell what is active and what is not.
