Startup Idea: Payment Tracking System for Liquor Stores

Startup idea to develop a payment tracking software that helps to store, manage and track merchant details and payment history in the liquor store business.

My family owns liquor stores and we have a ton of cash, credit, and check accepting merchants for our products. My brother and I constantly have to keep track of who we are paying and with what payment method. It would be awesome if there was a simple system that could allow us to access the merchants information, the payment history and with what method we used.
