Startup Idea: Real Estate Client Management and Marketing Expenditure Tracking App

Startup idea to develop a mobile app that allows real estate agents to efficiently manage client contact information, record clients' interests, and keep track of gifts given to clients. The app should also facilitate the tracking of marketing expenditures and be compatible with both Android and Apple devices.

I work in the real estate industry. As a part of my marketing and networking strategy, I believe in giving clients, prospects and potential prospects nice mementos. Some clients receive elaborate, personalized baskets. Some receive smaller tokens or gifts the children. And sometimes I need bulk numbers of products (think pencils at an open house.) I need a program that keeps all of my clients contact info. But if that program would also let me quickly describe what their interests are (John likes Golf, etc) AND also had a space for me to say what gifts the clients has already recieved. Even better if there was a field where I could put her ow much money I spent on the tokens and gifts. (This function could aid me a lot in determining if my marketing budget is on point, am I spending more-according to my receipts than I’m giving out or vice versa, am I spending large chunk s of the budget on first time clients, prospects or established clients. It would be extremely important the program worked with mobile phones (Android and Apple). A quick way to enter vital info about clients but also enter vital info about where and how much I’ve spent on marketing (which might include gifts, pens, full meals, just coffee). I try to use the note section of my address book, but it’s not very efficient without dedicated text boxes or value boxes. Also bulk information is almost impossible to t Keep accurately, (Ex: I brought 40 cookies and 40 pencils to today’s open house. Cookies = .50 per cookie, pencils = .02).
