Startup Idea: Call Flow Management Software for Rental Companies

Startup idea to develop a software that enhances call flow management in rental companies. The system should intelligently route calls to available representatives, reducing customer wait times and increasing employee efficiency.

I work with a major rental company of moving trucks and supplies. Our main problem is the ability to control call flow. The system we have now randomly divides calls among workers and will make customers wait on the phone for 10 to 15 minutes if not longer before sending them to a representative. The system should automatically send to an open rep line not to a line with a call or calls waiting. It would be more convenient not only for the customers but the employees as well. I have looked into it but I do not know enough about different software or operating systems to find the needed information.
