Startup Idea: Church Visitor Engagement & Growth Tracking System

Startup idea to develop a software application tailored towards managing and tracking the journey of new visitors at churches. This tool would implement a level-based system, to keep track of visitor's involvement, needs, strengths and progress, ensuring no one is neglected and enhancing church growth.

So, I work at a church. One of the things that I have to keep track of is new visitors. There is not a good way for me to track how they are progressing with getting involved with the church. I feel like if we had a level system in place like... level one, visit... things we need to check off at that level, then level two, assessment of their needs and strengths, how they can get involved, then level 3 involvement. If there was a way for us to track how they are moving a long a continuum of growth and how effective we are in reaching them and their needs. This type of automated system is something I would be interested in. Right now we just go off the top of our heads. We have no system in place. We try to meet people's need but the squeaky wheel gets the oil.
