Startup Idea: Common Sense and Critical Thinking Skills Assessment Tool

Startup idea to develop software that can evaluate potential employees for common sense and critical thinking skills. The aim is to streamline the hiring process and ensure a competent workforce.

I am an entrepreneur of almost 4 decades, and the one prevailing problem Ii continue to have is hiring employees who have common sense, and now in the later years have any ability to critically think. Too much "school" and fluoride is my guess....

I'd like to find a test for one or hopefully, BOTH of these qualities as I just find that no matter how hard I try to screen - this just totally gets by most of the time. Yes, I have tried searching for "tests for common sense" and, "how can you tell if anyone has critical thinking skills".
