Startup Idea: Real Estate Market Tracking Software

Startup idea to develop a software solution that helps real estate brokers track property values, in order to properly advise clients on the optimal time to sell their homes. This program would monitor decreasing home values and alert the broker when the values start climbing up, enabling timely notifications to homeowners looking to list their properties.

I am a real estate broker. Recently I've come into a problem I'm having with past clients. They call me wanting to sell their homes but when i do the research they can't sell. The market values have come down a lot within the last two years. I've had to tell three past clients recently that their homes have gone down in value. I need a program that can help me with this. It needs to keep up with the homes that have lost value and alert me when values begin to climb up. This would help me to notify the owners and list their homes when the time is right.
