Startup Idea: Blockchain-based Ledger App for Disc Golf Wagers

Startup idea to develop a blockchain-based mobile application that serves as a digital ledger for managing and accounting cash payout pools in disc golf games. The app will allow users to transfer buy-ins from pre-loaded accounts, keeping a record of all the transactions and reducing disputes.

I play disc golf both recreationally and in leagues and many of rounds I play involve wagers. Some of the leagues even have ace pools that roll over event to event. This leaves someone responsible for accounting for and maintaining the cash payout pools. Obviously, as with anything that involves money, people often have argument over past records and things of such nature. Some form of app that allows for a digital ledger of these funds. Players would be able to simply transfer over necesary buy ins from a pre loaded account. It would be even better if it was a blockchain app. I stay up on most apps relating to disc golf and havnt found one such technology. This same idea could be applied to anything.
