Startup Idea: Automated Date Extraction and Email Report Software

Startup idea to develop a software that automates the process of tracking dates from specific folders and communicates this information through email. This concept is targeted for professionals managing project schedules, specifically in the power distribution industry.

Every day I have to send out a report stating where certain projects are. It would be nice to have a script read the date of the folder I am working in and send that date out in an e-mail.

The software I need I described above. A software that could keep track of folder dates and send the information in an e-mail would be useful. I have no tried finding a solution online and currently I have to manually go through folders and check my dates.
