Startup Idea: Wholesale Management Software for Order Processing and Data Analytics

Startup idea to develop a comprehensive Wholesale Management Software to automate order tracking and processing, data management, transactions recording, sales analysis and budget planning. The software should integrate with third-party platforms like Commerce Hub and K2B, and needs to store and manage large amounts of daily orders and customer information.

I work in wholesale industry and the big pain point in my daily work is using software. First we don't have any software because we don't have many order that we could not control. Then later we got the dropship project from QVC and they require us to send the file through their third party software that we have to pay to use it. It is commerce hub. We could do dropship project with QVC, Sear, Groupon, and JCP. Then later we do dropship with Helzberg. They use K2B. There are many file we need to submit to our customer daily so that we hire 2 programmers to develop a program for our company to analyst and have info that customers need and easy to use to upload on third party software that we pay and also boss wants to have all transaction record since the beginning of design process till receive payment from the customers. A while ago 2 programmers left the company. My boss hires new programmer and project manager and they could not stay as we wish. My boss decides to get the customize software from the big company call Netsuite. This company comes from Canada. I helped my company looked for the software as well but my boss picked Netsuite as his friend in Hongkong suggested. We all have difficult time to use it as User. I hope my boss gets what he paid because this software is very expensive. Our problem is we have so many database daily. WE have ton of order everyday and we must have it record (customers detail, terms, prices, item names, item details, items codes for factory, for customer, for our company) It is difficult to find the software to do all of that. Beside that, my boss wants the software analyst the sale and budget to plan the business as well.
