We need a way to track accounts. Right now each account gets a folder and when it's someone's turn to do something we take the folder to their desk and maybe send them a message. We are a small company with 30 employees and an open office. We are constantly talking back and forth with our issues on accounts. If we had a way to digitally send tasks for clients it would be helpful, especially when folders go missing! We would also be able to see analytics such as who takes how long to do a task and who should be next to do the next step. We used an excel spreadsheet to have managers track progress but we stopped using it because there were too many steps and accounts to track.
