Startup Idea: Photo Tagging and Search Software

Startup idea to develop a software that allows users to tag photos or memes with a specific word or phrase to enable easy and quick search in the future.

I write online. Im always saving memes I see to use later, but then can never find them in my phone's (or computer's) files when I go to look for it again. I wish there was software that let you tag photos or memes with a word or phrase and later on you could search for it using that same word or phrase. No.
