Startup Idea: Language Learning Software for Obscure Languages

Startup idea to develop a comprehensive language learning software focusing specifically on less commonly taught languages like Norwegian. The software must emulate the quality and detail of platforms like Rosetta Stone and ideally, should incorporate translation-specific features to assist freelancers in maintaining and expanding their linguistic capabilities.

I am a writer who has loved studying languages since adolescence. I also do freelance translation work to keep up my skills with German, Russian, and Spanish. However, I would like to expand my languages. I am really interested in learning Norwegian. Upon research, this seems to be a very obscure language and I was disheartened to learn that Rosetta Stone doesn't have a program for it. I would love to find a software that was as quality and detailed as Rosetta Stone but offered more obscure languages like Norwegian. I would especially love a translation-specific software. I know many people--including myself--who would pay for such software. It would be great to have it.
