Startup Idea: Software for Locating and Tracking Legitimate Part-Time Positions

Startup idea to develop a software that will help users in finding and tracking credible part-time jobs, specifically home-based or remote, based on users' unique criteria and capabilities. The software should simplify the requirements and filters job options that are doable for the common person and align with their available resources.

I am in need of a software program that will track and assist me in locating a part-time position that is legitimate and not a scam. I recently signed up for such a program, but it has not been beneficial to me. Although I feel this is a good program, I have found that the requirements are much too intense. Most of these positions require certain criteria that I am not able to conform to. As an example, some of these companies require that I have a land line telephone. I have not had a land line phone in many years and I do not have a desire to establish these services now. It would be good to find a software program that would assist with job placement that did not require so many different variables or factors that make it impossible for the common person like myself. As an example, I would be most interested in completing data entry as a service. But, as previously stated, there are too many requirements for such a position. Can a software program be developed to assist me and others in securing a position that one can complete from the comfort of their home, especially when there are circumstances that prevent one from being able to work outside of the home?. See the above description of a much needed software program for someone like myself.
