Startup Idea: Integrated File Storage for ERP Systems

Startup idea to develop an integrated feature within ERP systems that allows purchasing agents to store and attach certification documents directly within the system, eliminating the need for separate files on external servers. This proposed solution aims to streamline document management and enhance accessibility.

I work as a purchasing agent of raw material and I routinely have to attach certification documents within the epr system but the system links to a file outside of the system. This makes it difficult because I have to create a separate file on an outside server and then attach it in the epr system it would be more ideal if the epr system would have the capability to store the information within the ERP system or on the cloud so that it helps s easier to attach or acess. I don’t have a solution and can’t think of a way to make it better.
