Startup Idea: Mobile Security Alert Application

Startup idea to develop a mobile application that sends an alert to the user when they download or use an app that could negatively impact the security of the information on their phone. This could include unauthorized access to sensitive features such as the phone's camera or credit card information.

It would be a really good idea to have an app of some sort that allows me to get an alert everytime i download or use an app that is detrimental to the security of the information on my phone. So i would get an app alert when i used an app that tried to access my camera or credit cards if it wasnt a camera app or payment app. There is nothing like this that i am able to find.
