Startup Idea: Secure Communication and Resource Sharing Platform for Independent Consultants

Startup idea to build a flexible, affordable and secure communication and resource sharing system. It's designed to allow independent consultants, like music teachers, to manage and share materials effortlessly without relying on multiple systems. The platform aims to improve communication, organization, and scheduling processes making it easy to share and accessed by authorized users.

I am an independent music teacher/consultant for numerous outlets ranging from early childhood centers, to large districts, independent drumlines. As I am not employed by one sole organization, myself and many other independent consultants in similar positions, have a very difficult time having a uniform means to communicate with various employers, parents, teachers or to make resources available to any of those outside of my direct time face to face. In many situations, communication and access are blocked by certain systems, not private/secure enough, or overly complicated and expensive to be properly maintained by an individual.

Having a system that can be maintained by an individual without costing an exorbitant amount, that can be easily shared and accessed by those who receive permission (ie. a provided username or password to access), yet does not require excessive registration, downloading of additional programs (for those accessing, not by the owner), and can be accessed easily from a multitude of devices, would be absolutely amazing.

Software such as this would allow an independent consultant to be responsible solely for their own system and materials as opposed to either begging for access to each location or having to rely on another to relay information. This would help with communication, organization, scheduling etc.
