Startup Idea: Smart Keyword Search Tool for Researcher

Startup idea to develop a smart search tool tailored for organizational behavior research in recruiting and selection systems. Aim is to create a more targeted system that offers specific, relevant results even with highly specific search terms, thus enhancing the efficiency and productivity of researchers.

I work in organizational behavior research, specifically with regard to recruiting and selection systems. One of the biggest problems I face daily is finding specific, relative research that applies only to the key words I have searched in a database (Google Scholar, Psyc Info., etc.). Instead, if I am too specific the site fails to find any results, despite there being results related to my research interests when I am less specific). While there is a somewhat useful tool on Ebscohost called "Smart text finder," this still does not sufficiently meet the needs of researchers who are trying to find support for specific, future research that will be used to improve organizations around the U.S. and the world. Such a tool would greatly improve the efficiency and productivity of researchers.
